ScotRail trains on Far North Line between Wick and Inverness hit by train crew shortage cancellations
Train crew shortages have cancelled some ScotRail services on the Far North Line.
Thursday's 8.02am Wick to Inverness service, and the 2pm Inverness to Wick journey which would have used the same train, are both cancelled, ScotRail confirmed in an update shortly before 6.30am.
Elsewhere in the north, the 7.18am Elgin to Inverness train has also been cancelled "due to an earlier train fault".
The north cancellations were the only cancelled trains in the whole of Scotland at the time of writing,
