Man, 19, charged after £250,000 of drugs seized

The drugs were found during a search of a premises in Livingston, West Lothian, on Thursday afternoon (PA)

A teenager has been arrested and charged after cocaine and cannabis worth around £250,000 was seized.

The drugs were found as police executed warrants at a premises on Nairn Road in the Deans area of Livingston, West Lothian, at around 4.30pm on Thursday.

Police Scotland said it was part of an intelligence-led operation.

The 19-year-old is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court in due course.
