The Holborn Hotel is a licensed premises on the North Coast 500 with seven bedrooms sleeping up to 13 guests as well as a restaurant and bar.
The traditional building is more than 100 years old and has a slate roof, with extensions added over the decades.
The business is up for sale for offers around £475,000 with agents ASG Commercial.
