Volunteers wanted for Thurso litter-pick event this Saturday

Volunteers are being sought for a clean-up event around High Ormlie in Thurso on Saturday (March 22).

Ormlie Community Association is hosting the community litter-picking event which ties in with Keeping Scotland Beautiful Spring Clean 2025.

The event runs from 11am to 1pm, with free lunch provided. Highland Council is providing the group with a free skip, gloves, litter pickers and plastic bags.

You can come along for just 20 minutes or stay for the full duration. If you do your own litter-pick then you can share images with the group afterwards.
